Our Story

A Place Made for Gathering

Karbach Brewing Company started with a simple idea: brew great beer in a space where everyone belongs. What began as a dream in a converted warehouse has grown into one of College Station's most beloved gathering places — but the spirit hasn't changed.

Nestled along Longmire Drive, our brewpub is a nod to the past with a modern pulse. Exposed brick, warm wood, and the steady hum of conversation mix with the clink of glasses and the occasional strum of a live guitar. We brew on-site, pour with pride, and treat every guest like a regular.

Karbach Pilsner

Crisp, clean, and refreshingly hoppy. Our flagship pilsner is the reason so many people keep coming back.

German-style Pilsner 4.9% ABV

Hoppy Times IPA

A West Coast–inspired IPA with layers of citrus, pine, and a firm but friendly bitter finish.

American IPA 6.8% ABV

Midnight Oil Stout

Rich, roasty, and smooth as velvet. A coffee-kissed stout that tastes like a quiet evening well spent.

Oatmeal Stout 5.4% ABV

Texas Wheat

Light, slightly sweet, and incredibly drinkable. A German-style wheat ale that pairs beautifully with Texas heat.
